But you need to book with Dr. Frech, she changed my smile and once again I have confidence!!!!3. Very rude person Anna who works there and answer the call. Talking to her is the biggest nightmare. She didn’t advise my husband that some charges are not covered by insurance, also changed copay and was claiming that never charged. I asked her multiple times to speak a little slow to understand better. Never got a call from her like she promised to do so. I had to call insurance to complain and insurance advised me to dispute charges with the bank. If she would have a little better customer service skills, without yelling and actually listening. It would be a better outcome. On top of that, she told us go somewhere else for treatment. We were very impressed initially after first visit and even got a welcome card by mail which was very sweet. Edit: my response is I never told you I am patient. Additionally you need to train Ana in her customer service skills 4. Great to wake up to a handwritten note from Dr. Jacob the day after my visit. I was delighted we needed more personal touches I am now happy to be his patient 5. Smooth reception. The doctor was professional and friendly. All new equipment 6. Needed an emergency recementing back in Nov but I have never been a patient and they got me right in. Dr. Jacobs is great! Very glad to have found them as a relatively new resident! 7. She took her time to really listen to my concerns about my temporary bridge. She took more time than I am sure she didn’t have to ensure she did her best to create a new temporary piece for me. She was never rude or rushed, even though I am sure other people were waiting for her assistance. So thankful she is here 9. Anna and Hengeisy were very friendly professional and welcoming.
