To reschedule or change the date of your spa treatment, please notify us at least four hours prior to your scheduled appointment. In case you need to cancel an appointment, we ask that you give us at least 24 hours' notice. If you fail to cancel within 24 hours of your appointment, you will be charged the full price of the service.
