SUMMARY   Reviews Summary

Automotive Fresh Start has been a best choice for recent bankruptcy clients. It gives them hope and an opportunity to own a car again. The lenders go the extra mile to understand your situation and work with you until you are 100% satisfied with the result. A client says Devon and David took a personal initiative to help him get the car of his choice. The process was easy and fast. Cars get delivered to client doors eliminating the stress of traveling to figure out logistics. The process had no hiccups the clients are surprised that there were no hidden charges. The interest rates are lower than the market price and you have a long grace period before you start servicing the loan. One client was very anxious but admitted that Andre Stroman was patient and ensured he had understood everything. He says that the firm's business model is customer centred and he will definitely go back. The clients concluded that the firm has qualified and supportive personnel who tailor the products to satisfy the needs of the clients. The firm also assists them in rebuilding their credit and for that they are grateful.

OK.....Where do I begin. I filed for Ch 7 bankruptcy on 09/18/23 and needed to surrender the vehicle I had, 2014 Hyndai Santa Fe GLS. So I was looking for something similar that had better fuel efficiency. I live in Georgia and most of the dealerships would not work with me and wanted me to wait until my bankruptcy was discharged. I received a mailing from David Roberts and his "Fresh Start" program. I read the reviews and found his podcast on the website intriguing and very informative. My attorney had advised me to wait but I was persuaded by David and his team (Devin McDonald-the smartest one in the room). After going back and forth receiving pictures of SUV's that I liked but their numbers was not in my budget. David asked what I wanted and I told him what I was driving and wanted something with better gas mileage. He suggest a Kia Sorento but never found one. He suggested a 2018 Nissan Rougue that had 62K mi. It was smaller than what I wanted and the payment was still above my budget but David Roberts, the owner had selected the vehicle and convinced me that this was the car to start my journey to repair my credit. So, I really had no problem and decided I would do what I needed to do to make this work and look at the bigger picture. I was just going to keep this car for a year the most and trade in once my credit score got better as they also promoted another program they are affiliated with; 7 step to 720. I had a plan and thought they had good intentions with helping me. I sent all the paperwork back and added the car to my insurance. Devine and I were going back and forth with that process. He stated that we could not deliver the car without showing the car on my insurance. I made it happened and they arranged to deliver the car to the metro Atlanta area from Jax, FL. I did not ask how the car was being delivered. I thought it may have been on a flatbed or something like Carvana-wishful thinking right? So, all this paperwork and arranging takes place on Friday- 10/13 and the car would be delivered Sat-10/14. I even spoke to Jeff from finance Friday and went over the numbers and to verify my information. He stated the car had to go through emissions once it got to GA. On Sat morning I called Devin to find out when the car would be to me he stated the car had not left and the transporter would be calling me. When I found out the transporters ETA-4:30ish I sent him (Earl) the link to an emissions center near me and went to meet him. He called me when he was an hour away and another time 4min. I was at the emissions place waiting, it was 5:30ish. So, Earl pulled in driving the vehicle I had plan to purchase. Mine you, had I known he was driving the car from FL to GA, I would have not agreed to the purchase. Then after looking at the vehicle, it had dents and scratches. It appeared to have been in an accident and they tried to paint over it with a light coat of pant. The car also was an a AWD. That was something the driver asked me. Did you know this was an AWD? I said no, Devine never told me that it was an AWD. He then said ..oh you need that here because of all the hills and mountains in Ga. First, I lived her for 8-9 years and my route to work and wherever I travel never have me going through any mountains or hills. I decided not to go back and forth with him and my wife and I left. He asked if I was going to make the call or should he. I told him you can do what ever you wanted I'm leaving. Devin called me about 30 min later and asked what happened. I explained I did not like the vehicle and did not appreciate having to go through the process of getting insurance on this vehicle and having it driven all the way to Ga. None of this was communicated to me and I was not satisfied. I think just because people are going through a difficult time, it does not warrant being taken advantage. My experience was not good and I do not recommend automotivefsc to anyone
April of 2022 as many Americans suffered through an horrific COVID-19 experience, many lending institutions with the aide of preparatory lending raped consumers with unfair lending practices. I filed a chapter 7 in the State of Florida which has been discharged for a year now. When going through the bankruptcy with Sacks & Sacks Attorneys at law I entered a repurchase auto program. It turned out to be the worst mistake in this process. After 1 year the auto Nissan Armada SL 2018 is only worth 18k purchased at 43k just a 1 year of ownership. I was a homeless Marine Veteran just trying to get back on track. Nissan of Orange Park FL and all parties involved really screwed me. I already suffer with major depressive disorder from my military enlistment and this has me broken. I have a 501C3 Nonprofit that helps other homeless vets and the less fortunate. We're in need of the right pickup truck to pull our grills feeding the community of veterans in need. I can't trade this vehicle in as I'm so upside down and just broken
