I was immediately greeted by a very friendly & caring staff. Taken to an open & bright treatment room. My hygienist was very comforting & knowledgeable. Dr Henley explained the filling procedure in great detail, while being very patient & understanding with all my questions & concerns. The procedure went smoothly, no problems afterwards. The office staff was kind enough to call me later on in the day to check up on me. No pain, no discomfort. All this to say that I would highly recommend Dr Henley & his staff for your dental needs. Oh, and the cute service dog (forgot its name) which roams the premises greeting patients, is a PLUS! I am working on my second decade with Dr. Henley. He and the entire staff are always pleasant and willing to go above and beyond to provide quality care. I’ve been worked into a full schedule more than once when circumstances dictated urgency, and I’ve received a reassuring phone call from Dr. Henley, himself, during his ride home. When insurance navigation has been required, my hand has been held. I could not be more satisfied with the care I receive from Dr. Henley and staff, and I highly recommend them to anyone! I had never visited a dental office where the entire staff, not just the dentist was so genuinely welcoming, seeing, and valued. From the moment I walked in, any anxiety or fear I had completely disappeared, thanks to the warm and calming atmosphere created by the office manager and dental assistants. What really stood out to me is how well Dr. CJ takes care of his team, and how seamlessly they all work together. It’s clear that they not only love what they do but also truly enjoy working with one another and that positive energy carries over into the patient experience. There isn’t another dentist in Jacksonville that I would recommend more than Dr. CJ and his team. Thank you all for taking such great care of me Dr Henley has been my Dentist for a number of years. The back office staff is very special to me. They all genuinely care about you. They take time to know you! I adore Rose - I always look forward to seeing her. Even when she’s not going be working in my room, she’ll always peek in and visit a min to say hi. The backside office staff is great! I highly recommend this Dental practice!
