This is the worse company. When I signed a contract with them in November of 2022, they had great reviews and were easy to work with. Unfortunately, my contract was caught within the inner dealing of ownership of the company. However, I had a contract with the company not the individual owner!
They now have an "F" with the BBB for similar issues and noticed they permanently closed their doors, when you google them. Do NOT consider dealing with this company for any of your projects!
If I could do zero stars, I would. This company is horrible. The new owner ( Matthew Rogers) is working under a contractor license in different city. We never met the guy nor had project manager throughout our entire kitchen and hallway bathroom remodel. It was a conplete mess. They never started on our Master bathroom due to his words "lack of funds". Apparently, previous owner (Mateo Zon) stole our 50% deposit. Craftsmanship, organization, leadership and responsiveness was lacking entire time. Laura (owner's secretary) was nice but left us out of loop too many times. The city of Jax and state board of construction is aleady aware and its under investigaton. Please do not use them!
