First Coast Gymnastics

Founded in 1994, First Coast Gymnastics resided in Greenland Business Park for over 20 years. Currently, the Jacksonville gym is moving to a new facility. Therefore, the new gym will open in June 2018 at 14797 Philips Hwy, Jacksonville, FL 32256, at Above Athletic Center. Our sports complex expansion includes a gymnastics center, softball, and CrossFit. We want gymnastics to be fun for all children. Each student will be given a chance to build individual ability with our trainers and coaches. Our programs can train children in competition or recreation. Our friendly and safe environment helps the team. Coaches and trainers with USAG membership are safety-certified. Gymnastics is perfect for kids because it helps them develop various physical abilities. It improves flexibility, strength, coordination, and endurance. By engaging in regular training, children can improve their concentration and listening skills. They can also learn goal setting, mental toughness, and goal setting. This is a solid foundation for self-confidence and overall growth.
