It’s definitely worth the money if you are serious about investing in real estate. I was interested and curious of what this company was all about. I spoke to Erica M. and she is so helpful, explains everything with southern charm and seems happy to answer any questions. Erica made it very clear there was no dumb questions. She follows up promptly and goes the extra mile. This company is blessed to have her. Great job Erica. 6. Though the education may be good, I have found other programs more affordable. If I would have kept to the pretty house terms I originally purchased (1K), I would have been fine. I just don’t like how I was followed up with to be sold on more (nearly 20k - 6k for quick start conference vids & $13k for 6mo. mentorship). I told the rep no, I wanted to wait to decide what to do, but he persisted to tell me that I could get my refund within 30 days. My fam was waiting for dinner so I just believed him & thought ok I’ll give it 30 days. Well before that time came, I sent an email for a refund. He called me & told me I couldn’t get a refund since I started the videos. Then he also told me that I would get refunded the mentoring amount, with my 1st deal with Ron. That he could help fund my deals & split proceeds. Well I recently found out that it would only be with whatever earned through the deal (not separately) & that I would only receive around 25%. So technically there is no refund. I also just looked back on the contract & it said I could get prorated for whatever I haven’t used. So technically I could have gotten that refund, when he said no. I could say the name but I will be merciful at least with that. He’s a guy who works closely and travels with Ron. The best thing so far is the lady they assigned me to. 7. Hello: I'm so glad I attended the Quick start Real Estate school with Ron LeGrand! I know I have learned a lot and this is the right way to make it in this world. The rest is up to me. The Quick Start training is very hands on and informative. Ron LeGrand, the Wolff couple, other speakers and supporting staff are very in tune with the topics. They are all very helpful and are willing to assist sincere students in taking action. Serious students will need to ponder if they are really want to take steps to grow in understanding the business or continue with their status quo. 9. As an experienced home builder, and licensed general contractor we know how to build and remodel homes, but never thought about being a real estate investor because the banks rarely support it. Understanding the theories of: - Multiple exit strategies - Private lenders - Lease/Option - Seller financing ...and all the other techniques that Ron presented opened up a new capability for our business. We are currently scaling to do 36-40 flips during the next 12 months through private lenders...no appraisals, no draws, no delays, etc... 10. Fantastic company run by wonderful people. I've been a customer of Global Publishing for many years now. They've always taken excellent care of me, and I highly recommend them for any service they sell. 11. This has been a wonderful learning experience. In addition everything is in place for anyone to get started making real estate deals. This training is designed to get students to take action. 12. The conference was very informative, covering a lot of details needed to succeed in this business. 14. I've been to several of Rons events and they have been amazing. I don't know anyone smarter than Ron. I do think the hotel should include breakfast and lunch should be included in the program. There is so much energy in the room during any of Rons programs. And his staff is friendly and helpful. I already made plans to attend another event. 15. I have been able to get into Global Publishing website and get to the information needed. I was able to get into Gold Memberr website and update my profile information with ease. Thanks for keeping things simple.
