The Jacksonville, Florida office is the WORST CPA & company I have ever worked with. Last year, they put the wrong address on my taxes, failed to file my taxes on time despite promising they would, and messed up the state tax return because we are stationed in California, but our home state is Florida. This year, they failed to file my taxes on time again, despite promising that they would considering how abysmally they did on my 2021 taxes. For my 2022 taxes, they decided to send a letter last minute to tell me they don't have the availability nor the ability to do my taxes because I had to audacity to complain about their unprofessionalism and poor performance. If I could give zero stars I would!
