At JCA, a full-service gym and many wellness programs are available. Also, this institution has preschool and kindergarten for kids aged three years and above. Makos co-ed swimming team is available for those aged 4-18. JCA Makos swimmers of all levels are welcome. Each swimmer must swim unassisted, at least 1 length in a 25-yard/meter swimming pool. If a swimmer is struggling, coaches would recommend JCA group or private lessons. Enjoy the many health benefits and competition of our swimming programs for youth and teens. Swimming is a lifelong activity. JCA Aquatics offers private lessons as part of our Red Cross Learn-to-Swim programs, group lessons for children and adults of all ages. Our swim team is year round for teens and youth. Also, specialty aqua programs are available. Adults of all ages can enjoy aqua aerobics, swim group and swim lessons.
