SUMMARY   Reviews Summary

The Osterhout Berger Disability Law Firm review data are positive: Was referred to this firm by my primary physician. They were helpful in explaining the process. My experience was extremely positive from the moment I got in touch with them. Had been denied by another law firm and gave up trying, realized this was the only hope for us. Filed my case in three months I had favorable results, thanks to Jennifer and Jennifer. Everything clicked right, dream come true. Sparks Fire.

I hired Osterhout and Berger in 2/22. the process was long and difficult for me. The fist application was denied. So we appealed. The second hearing was set for 3/23. Two weeks before my hearing i was informed that due to not having enough medical evidence the likelihood that the judge will approve my case was low. Osterhout's assistant stated my attorney recommended I cancel the appeal and withdraw my case. In doing so it will be easier for me to reapply in the future. Over a year into the process and 2 weeks before my hearing they decide i have a weak case. I hired a new attorney to start the appeal all over again. According to them i do have a strong case. When i received the copy of the letter requesting to withdraw, sent to the judge, it stated only that i was withdrawing and i was aware of the effects of that decision. It did not mention that my attorney advised me to withdraw, or that only the effects of not withdrawing were explained to me. I have a mental heath disability that hinders my ability to react in a timely manner and focus on tasks for very long. My attorney, that i trusted in a time of great need, pretty much abandoned me. Further, my new disability analyst informed me that Osterhout did me a great disservice. This firm did not have my best interest at heart. Hopefully my new attorney will.
