Trinity Baptist College

Founded in 1974 by Trinity Baptist Church, Trinity Baptist College has a mission to train ministers and establish ongoing relationships with local churches. Trinity Baptist Church wanted to provide education because they saw a need. They saw it as a great way to help others and empower other students to get ready for missions and ministry. TBC relocated from McDuff Avenue to its Hammond Blvd campus in 1998. TBC was accredited by Dr. Shoemaker in 1997. TBC seeks to prepare Christian men and women for ministry and life by providing a higher education grounded in Christianity. Trinity Baptist College has been preparing women and men for full-time ministry for more than forty years. Today, Trinity offers general and professional education, liberal arts, and graduate programs. TBC's partnership with Trinity Baptist Church, Trinity Christian Academy, and Trinity Christian College allows students to have further internships and real-world experiences. Trinity offers a Bachelor's degree in Biblical Studies to help students get ready for ministry. Through this education, students can put their faith into action and prepare to serve God faithfully.
