Excellent customer service great prices negotiable overall excellent experience Three separate times I have been to this place to fix various issues I have had with my two of my computers, and each time they have delivered quick and friendly service. The first time I had to gather data from my old pc to transfer to my newly built one. The second and third times were in regard to repair on the second custom pc. Each time though, and regardless of which technician I got, they were all very patient and helpful throughout the whole process. I don't consider myself a very tech literate person, but even with my limited knowledge of my computers' issues that I described to them, they were able to provide me with the exact outcomes I needed and get my computers up and running again. Truly these guys are lifesavers. Even in the age of AI, where most simply search for their tech issues online, I still believe the service that these guys provide is invaluable. Sometimes you can't beat just taking your computer into the shop to have them look at it (especially if you have no idea what you're doing with computers like me!). Excellent customer service and computer care every time I've gone to them that goes above and beyond what's necessary to fix your issues. Hopefully I never have to get my pc seriously repaired again, but now if I do I know exactly where to go.
