Then there was hardly any information given at all. Certain documents never filed. Then before mediation, he called and asked us to remind him how the accident happened and what had been going on with dr and such. All while he has all documents sent to him. We had gone over everything at the first meeting. He was not prepared. They denied any payment due to documents not being filed and when asked why they were not filed, he got very rude and condescending. He then stated yesterday thst he was retiring mid March and another attorney would be taking the case. Mid April is the final hearing, and we dont know if this other attorney even knows about the case. Then this morning, the attorney sent an email saying he was withdrawing from legal counsel and there would not be another attorney taking over the case. We were not trying to be difficult, just wanting answers. I guess if you ask questions and desire communication, find a different attorney as this place does not communicate well and when you demand it, they decide to run away. BEWARE!
