Customer feedback summary: 1. I was very happy with the experience from start to finish. The PM and young men that did demo and cleanup were very friendly, professional and efficient. Work was completed as promised and I love the results. There was absolutely no haggling over the price which is very important to me and my husband. I'm a realtor and I understand the pricing process. I remodeled the entire kitchen, living room, laundry room and half bath upstairs. We did a complete remodel of the kitchen, two bathrooms, and opening up all new floors and walls. 2. A guy comes over to give me an in-home estimate. The first thing he says is “I don’t normally ask people this, but what’s your budget like, how much do you have to spend?” Then he walks around my house and is very negative about my vision. I felt discriminated against. I felt like he didn't want to help. Like he thought we couldn’t afford a remodel. Not helpful at all. I passed on a $30k to $70k remodel. 3. The $29 granite is truly amazing for those of us budgeting our kitchen remodel. Just before signing the dotted line with another company I came across the ad for the $29/sqft granite and I'm glad I did. I asked if that was all it included and IT WAS! The selection is limited but I feel like for that cost you have to be reasonable and not expect top tier granite. They drew up the paperwork quickly and I was able to go to the yard and look at all the slabs and Cara was SUPER patient with me and my indecisive ways. I picked my slab and as soon as the cabinets were done they came out the next day to do the template. The turn around time was only 4 business days. Now, I will say, that's NOT always the case because usually it's 10 days but they worked a miracle and I am so thankful for that. The guys that installed were quick, I think they were only there 4ish hours. They did a beautiful job and even cleaned up the little scuff mark that was made in the cabinet. We had new floor put in also and they were very carful to not scratch the floor or anything. I can't say enough good things so definitely check them out! 4.
