Lack of Communication Contacted Mel's cleaning Service to get carpets cleaned, and floors stripped and waxed. They showed up the next day and gave me a quote which was spectacular. Since then it has been nothing but a lack of communication, and constant no-show. Both Mel and Cory have had my number and apparently one was sick last week, and now the other is sick this week, which somehow prevents the work from getting done. Aside from the work getting done the lack of communication has been horrible. I have now, not once, but twice wasted employees time and company time moving furniture in and out of the office space for the cleaning due to the lack of communication. Extremely dissappointed, and highly do not recommend just for this reason. A little communication goes a long way. 7. Professional Patio Cleaning What a great experience I have had again with this company. They pressure washed my patio and pool deck and pool cage and utility shed. They did a wonderful job and at a reasonable cost. This is the 3rd time I’ve used them and will use them again. 8. Quality Soft Wash Our business personalized with Corey to soft wash a pool enclosure for one of our clients, and they did an amazing job! Super professional, showed up on time, and left everything looking spotless. It’s not always easy finding companies you can trust to take care of your clients the way you would, but these guys did a great job. Highly recommend! 9. Incredible Cleaning Work After the flooding with hurricane Milton my floors were unrecognizable. Then after the contractor finished they were barely visible. I was at a loss at how to clean them. I tried looking for a floor service but that wasn’t an option due to exorbitant pricing. I finally put a post up on Facebook as a last ditch effort to find a service and Cory Manns answered my post. He bid the job the same day at a reasonable price and had the job done that same weekend. My floors look better than they ever have and I couldn’t be happier. If you need a cleaning job done you need look no further than Mels Cleaning Service. 12. Amazing Carpet Cleaning Cory and his team were great! They came out to my store on a Sunday morning when we were closed and got the carpets looking GREAT again! They were able to remove some stains I didn't think would ever come out.
