I slipped and fell on a Saturday and called on Saturday night after the pain became too great, and they phoned me on Monday to tell me they were taking the case. I shouldn’t be held accountable for the hospital or doctor bills. They keep me up-to-date on where Asa is at and how the case is going. • I felt this would be a lot more difficult than it was.
