They heard my case, I retained them, & they went to work immediately. I was told I would hear from my lawyer the next day. She called me at 8pm the next evening to discuss my case and how to proceed. Working late to make sure her clients were handled. (I understand lawyers being busy with multiple cases, & being stuck in court during business hours) To top it off for great service I looked up my case and realize my lawyer filed paperwork the same day I retained her services.
