Client Review Summary Outstanding Attorneys The attorneys were able to manage my case effectively, the front desk receptionist was patient and calm, they gave me regular feedback on the progress of my case through emails and phone calls, and the attorney was well-spoken. I would highly recommend this law firm to everyone I know. Mr. Feddeler was my attorney. Josh Nelson was Rude and Disrespectful If you've had one bad experience, you should probably run. My contact person was a young man named Josh Nelson, and I refused to mention the name of his paralegal for unforeseen reasons. The paralegal was so horrible and rude that, since that day, I have been fearing to look into the eyes of any contact person given to me by any law firm. What happened was that I got some paperwork from the office, and I was keen to understand everything. I remember very well when I called Josh eight times that day while I was in my office, but he did not pick up his phone, and from there, I lost hope with such a law firm. Am no murderer; it mere paperwork, and if you couldn't explain, what was happening to me? It reached a point that I called his paralegal on that day, and I must admit that my legs went cold. The way she began talking to me was clear that there must have been a miscommunication. I remember her telling me that I was a non-important person, and what made me think that calling me eight times in a row was essential to any law office. Unfortunately, she didn't notice that a colleague was sitting right next to me and could hear her conversation with me. He, too, was attending to his legal issues, and it lowed him to realize how an insult could ruin someone's reputation. The man stood boldly and told her that she was being rude to me. He then took her to the other side and tried to calm her down. Did she really have to be rude to me? That is a question that will never fade in my mind. I ended up canceling my contract with them based on what had happened. I left a bad review on my official Facebook account, and after some time, I received a phone call from them, and Brad Smith was on call. He argued that the services I had received were not right and that he wanted to help me solve the case. He also asked me to remove my bad review from the Facebook page, and he promised to help me with what I wanted. After trying out other legal advisers who had also failed me, I agreed to remove the review and give them one more chance to assist me. They had not been able to handle the paperwork that I received, and I was to cost them the entire case. Was it my fault, or was it the law firm's mistake; it is still a question that is left unanswered in my mind. I took two years and ten months for the case to get solved, and at the end of the day, I lost the case. Brad had hired a doctor who couldn't present accurate statements regarding my case, and that left me thinking twice about the kind of law firm I had hired. During the court sessions, the doctor failed to give accurate details regarding the case, and it reached a point where he just used any information that came through his mind, making me feel like I was alone in that case. Brad's arguments in court became weaker as he stated that it was my fault and that I had to admit. How could I admit what had, in the real sense, happened due to the negligence of the law firm that was handling my case? He also failed to attend two court sessions, which prolonged my stay at the police cell, and what was happening was of little importance to my health since my neck was in pain, and my back was no longer behaving well. The other attorney's who represented the court concluded that I was not responsible for any case, and it was the officer to blame when he knocked me while I was riding my bicycle.
