I had a slab leak in my home that damaged approximately 75% of the living area. From the start, True Builders and True Plumbers handled all repairs. Leak Detection from True Plumbers was fast and accurate, He explained thoroughly what needed to be done and scheduled repair. True plumbers then returned to remove kitchen and slab to repair the leak. They were very courteous and professional and left my home clean after demoing concrete. Then True Builders took over for rebuild which included mold remediation, approximately 1000 sq ft of flooring, drywall removal and repair, and a complete renovation of the kitchen. Paul became my point of contact at this point and he was always quick to respond to all questions and very easy to get in contact with. Next, they brought in a mold remediation team (Chad, Danny, Randall, and Mike) these guys were very professional and knowledgeable about my project and the process. They removed about 15-20 sheets of drywall and all my kitchen cabinets then set up to dry out the affected areas. Each day they were at my home they always left it clean as if it was their own home. Mike Miller then took over as my project manager. He came out and explained the process, measured and planned out the project very thoroughly and arranged for us to visit the showroom that day. Mike was always easy to contact and quick to respond to any questions and concerns we had even on his wedding weekend. Don't know the name of the guys who did drywall and floor repairs but they were very thorough, professional and good at all aspects of the rebuild. Cabinet team did an amazing job along with counter tops. Overall, my wife and I are very pleased with the finished project and would highly recommend True Builders and the above-mentioned team and will use them for any future projects. (Google) 5. We want to send our appreciation to True Builders and their staff of professionals which consists of Aaron, Mike, Hutch, Charles, and Erika. The job they did to remodel our laundry room/ bathroom was absolutely amazing. We'd also like to thank John and Emily from True Plumbers for handling our re-piping project. It was very impressive to work with companies that were so interested in making sure their customer was totally satisfied with their work. The finished product is beautiful.
