United’s technician patiently searched for the evaporator, coil leak for at least 20 minutes. Impressed by his commitment, I allowed him to replace the faulty unit. I have also had a good experience with this company, and I would recommend them. Feedback 3: Incredibly, the company's technicians showed up late on a Friday night. They immediately fixed the AC problem within half an hour despite the extreme heat in Pinellas County. Devon and Carson are highly skilled and need a pay raise. Feedback 4: The company's technician fixed my air conditioning after he had a rude encounter with my dog. Calvin took his time to explain everything even if it was his second visit. I would recommend this firm to my family. Feedback 5: Previously, I used the organization for routine maintenance purposes. However, the past three months have been challenging with three technicians coming to inspect the unit. The first two failed to identify the problem but still charged me without fixing anything. The last technician said the slfan required replacing even when the fan was working. When I requested a different technician, they ignored my request. Unfortunately, they rectified this issue after reading my review. Would give you a seven-star rating if possible.
