I have home improvement projects in the past that have been a nightmare. Days Home Solutions was a refreshing change. They were professional, polite, kept a clean worksite all the time, and performed quality work. The project was completed on time and within our budget. Our home looks fantastic, and we are thrilled to have selected this company. 3. Trending relatives actually do remodels and everything, and we always hear nightmares, but these guys are different. We have nothing to complain about so far. 6. Poor coordination. Now nearly everything done has to be redone or corrected! It took about 8 months after completion to update our permit! They even changed the signed contract! Failed to install a kick-out, forgot the insulation, the nails were not flush, and the new siding had no studs behind it. Also, the job is not finished! Still, no caulk whatsoever on the new siding, and they left the old caulk from the former siding. They also have a large pile of dirt and leftover supplies next to the house they never picked up. 7. Wow, I could not be more thrilled with the interior painting job done by Day's Home Solutions for us this past week. They were professional, timely, and highly skilled. They even finished a full day ahead of time, and they spent the extra day meticulously putting all the furniture back in its place before leaving. They treated us and our home with great respect! 8. Working with Days Home Solution for over 15+ years has been the most wonderful experience. How often do you have the opportunity to work with a company that has wonderful dependable talented individuals who actually care about the caliber of their work and customer satisfaction. I have called them for most every home project in my former community and now my present community. Noel, Jodi, and of course, Kraemer, thank you for always being a call away when we need you guys. They are by far an overall good team that consistently delivers top-notch work, whether it is big or small, complex or simple project, they are truly your one-stop-shop. 9. Days Home Solutions did several projects for me a year ago. They are very professional and always go an extra mile to ensure that the customer is satisfied. They deserve my praises and even a bigger job. 10. Don't waste! Save yourself the headache! Do not use this company! They have been a complete nightmare to work with! What was supposed to be a 6 month project turned into almost a year and they still did not finish! They took away my ability to close the permits on my own place. They have made so many mistakes throughout the process, some which led to long delays! They are not accountable for any of the errors they've made! They are fully capable of admitting their mistakes and pointing fingers, usually at anyone else but themselves, heeding to be straightforward and honest. They will charge you a 40% premium GC mark up for services that honestly you could either do yourself or find someone better for much less, they still didn't provide drawings. Days Home Solutions requires a lot of homework since you need to get multiple quotes and speak to as many people as possible on whether to consider them. 11. Image: Days Home Solutions Rating is 1 Star Still waiting on a quote a week later....you know what didn't take a week...the cashing of the $75.00 estimate check they require to get a quote....came based on the positive work reviews....even called and was promised it by end of today ....which came across like ....I forgot .....unfortunate 12. Great experience with the whole team - super responsive, quality work, and HONEST . . . which is unfortunately hard to come by. 13. Noel, Jodi, Kraemer and the entire staff were very easy to work with on our project. They listened to our needs and made suggestions on different options to keep the project cost in line with projections. Special thanks to Kraemer our PM. He not only supervised the teams efforts, but had the expertise to do specific projects (construct custom size aluminum doors and window). The family run business provided personalized, high quality service. We've been enjoying our Florida room for a year, We are most grateful to the Days Home Solutions team!! 14. Days Home Solutions has always provided excellent service for us. They are extremely responsive and professional. Quality workmanship in everything they touch. 15. Synoptic: Some years ago Days Home Solutions did a remodel of my kitchen and Master Bath... They did a fantastic job! (when I sold my home it still looked great!) I recently purchased another home that needed a lot more done so it was a no-brainer to hire Days again. We had a lot more work done this time... Kitchen, 2 baths, flooring, replumb, removing exterior door, painting inside and out, ceiling, extensive electrical work, and a lot more than I can think of at the moment. All I can say is... I am very glad I went with Days again! My house was finished about a year ago so I've had plenty of time to reflect on everything. Everything looks amazing! I don't do many reviews but thought I should write one due to the great work and service that we received. This was a huge job--and I was stressed about it for sure! Not only was the quality of work performed/service excellent---I have the added confidence that if I had a problem--it would be taken care of (that is a huge factor when having any work done.
