I’ve progressively been feeling worse and worse over the last 6 months. In September my Ferritin (Iron) was at 10, I asked my PCP for a referral to Hematology and was denied. Fast forward 5 months and I go see Trisha White-Beylin because I’m desperate to feel better. We draw new labs, they look AWFUL (Ferritin dropped even lower to 7!!!!) and within a WEEK of seeing her, I’ve already had a Hematology consult and completed 2/3 of my Iron infusions. I’ve started several supplements (no Pharma meds!) to help increase all the other low values in my labs (B12, Vitamin B, Progesterone, Magnesium, etc). Today when I woke up, I was truly shocked at much better I’m feeling. I wear a smart ring and my sleep scores have already gone from averaging 70-75% to this morning my sleep efficiency was 99%!!!! ???? Literally within a week of seeing her, I’m already seeing the benefits and overall just feeling so much better!! My alarm went off and I immediately got up feeling good. No snoozing. No body pains.
