My point people were Isaiah and Taylor. They were analytical, detail-oriented, thoughtful, and collaborative. I would recommend them to others and definitely consider them again for other projects! In late 2017, I found out my wife was pregnant and quickly came to the conclusion that I needed to try and scale my side hustle or go back to my chosen profession. I developed a plan that included finding an agency to manage my PPC and Social. I went through 2 agencies before finding Pantelope. The first agency I found through listening to a Shopify podcast and he completely dismantled my GA account structure into SKAGS and within 4 months my account dropped significantly. I then went on the hunt for a second agency, which I found through calling authors of great SEO how-to articles on well known SEO blogs. The second agency plugged my GA account into automation software and my sales soared, however I immediately had an insane cash crunch. My ROAS dropped to less than 1%--not ideal for a product based business with tight margins. Within 3 months I canceled services with this second agency. On my third attempt to find an agency I found Pantelope. They started managing my account right when google released a huge algorithm update and my sales tanked. I was starting to get really depressed and overwhelmed. Pantelope immediately dove into my analytics and explained to me where the fall off was occurring, adjusted my ROAS to account for any changes, and more less held my hand for the next scary 8 months. They offered solid advice on updating my store to better align with this new algorithm change and kept a close watch on my account. We had weekly meetings and within 8 months my store began trending upward. I started with Pantelope in 2018 and since then my sales have profitably more than doubled in a very competitive market with tight margins. I love everyone at Pantelope and am grateful for having found this amazing bunch of hard working people who love what they do.
