This dentist gave me confidence from the first day, both the staff, the girls at the front desk, the doctor, a really excellent person, an incredibly child-friendly manner, in short, I highly recommend it as a mom, really. 2. I had such a wonderful experience at Bite! From the moment we walked in, the front desk staff made us feel so welcomed, they very were friendly. The doctor and hygienist was great with my child. So gentle, attentive and clearly very knowledgeable. They took the time to explain everything and made sure my child felt comfortable the entire time. Also Elizabeth in the insurance department was extremely helpful, I was dealing with some complicated insurance issues, and she went above and beyond to help me sort everything out. Overall the level of care and professionalism here is outstanding I highly recommend! 9. The front staff was so welcoming and they made my child feel comfortable. The dental office is clean and kid-friendly. The doctor was very gentle and took the time to explain everything. He made my child feel happy and not scared at all. I highly recommend this office. 10. The doctor and his team were very patient, and they explained everything very clearly. They treated my kids with care and made the visit stress-free. It was my first time seeing my kids actually happy at a dental appointment. The entire team at Bite Pediatric Dentist is absolutely amazing and truly knows how to work with children. A special thank you to Erika, who was so gentle and wonderful with them. She made my kids feel comfortable, safe, and cared for the entire time. By the end of the visit, my kids were smiling and even told me they wanted to come back again, something I never thought I’d hear after a dentist visit!
