Customer reviews: 1. They never answer the phone, I have been trying to contact them for days, and the phone always goes unanswered. 2. I visited this office yesterday, and the dermatologist was good, but the experience with the front desk was terrible.
The two receptionists were rude, unwelcoming, and generally poor at customer service. They barely acknowledged me, did not reply to simple greetings, and were apathetic and uninterested in the patients. The front desk staff barely paid attention to me, even when one checked me in, and the other received my payment. After my visit, I have had a difficult time getting feedback. My calls go unanswered, and I still do not have my medical report or if my prescription is ready. No one has contacted me from the team, which is concerning.

Dr Yesenia’s attention to details saved my life 2 years ago when she found a small mark on my back and she suggested to biopsy which turned out to be Melenoma. Would recommend to anyone! very knowledgeable15. I called almost 2 years ago to book an appoint with an in network doctor and was given appointment with someone out of network. Still chasing claims with my insurance to get the bills sorted as they don't file them correctly and never answer the telephone and if you leave a message, they barely call back. Treatment was ok but misdiagnosed for one issue was not the best.
