Icahn Enterprises L.P., (NASDAQ:IEP), acquired the U.S. Automotive Parts Distribution Business of Uni-Select Inc., (TSX: UNS) in June 2015. IEH Auto Parts LLC d/b/a Auto Plus is the new name of this entity. This strategic transaction included 22 corporate-owned stores, satellite distribution centers, and 259 corporate-owned locations. It also encompassed more than 3500 Team Members. Auto Plus has a strategy that focuses on growth in core markets where the Company already has an established commercial presence.
