Bang AutoGlass really went above and beyond for me. From the first call, they were quick to respond, clear with their communication, and genuinely easy to work with. The technician arrived exactly when promised, explained the whole process, and handled my vehicle with real care — the kind you notice right away. The new windshield looks flawless, the install was neat and precise, and the entire appointment took less time than I expected. It’s hard to find a company that delivers this level of skill, honesty, and customer service all at once, but Bang AutoGlass truly delivered. I’d recommend them with complete confidence.

There are both strengths and weaknesses to this company. A man by the name of Mike came to offer his service to a crack in my windshield. He said he would provide an exact replacement. Sending one of his guys named Brandon to fix it, he did a fantastic job installing it. Brandon was on time, reliable, great in communication, and did a perfect job! However, Mike was not reliable on his words. He did not provide a matching windshield compared to what I had on my new car. He did not replace it with another manufacturer brand (with rainproof and tint protection included). Instead the light comes in bright and the water sticks when it rains. I have left him a voicemail and a text and he has declined on responding. Also, he wasn’t honest price wise and my insurance notified me about this. Once again, his agent who installed it and did a great job. I was very impressed. If you want an exact replacement though, especially if you have a new car, I would recommend finding another place.
