Stay away from this place. I contacted Chelsea to make me a redhead —I sent her a photo of her own work as inspiration and asked her if she could do that on me. She said yes but suggested a balayage because that is what the girl on her photo had. Long story short. When I sat on her chair she told me she didn’t do permanent color either way & later confessed I was her first redhead client. All was good (I thought) until she had to tone my hair 3 times because she couldn’t get my hair to the color I initially asked for. She had to get help from another one of the stylists from the salon and kinda got an orange closer to the color I wanted. She told me then if I didn’t like the color she would definitely fix it and I should “give it time” to love. I contacted her after no more than 2 weeks and told her I didn’t like it. She offered to give me a wine red — again. NOT at all what I wanted.yesterday I reached out to her and asked her for a refund because my hair is looking just HORRIBLE. I bought the mask that she suggested and it looks bad. (Look at the photos) I was polite and she basically started saying my hair was porous and damaged. — weird and a lie because my hair was not bleached or even dyed when I went to her. The salon took her side & said they delivered what I asked for. NOT EVEN CLOSE — I asked to be a readhead. The trendy red — Not to be experimented on by someone who gave me what she wanted instead of what I asked. See for yourself the horrendous job she did on my hair and called it “delivered what I asked for” — Oh and in the screenshot you can see she deleted her own post because she also told me that that red hair was an beautiful “accident”. Reporting this place for unprofessionalism, fraud, poor customer service & hiring people who seek you a product of $550 and leave your hair looking worse than if I had gone to cvs and dyed my own hair. Hopefully this helps someone thinking this is an actual professional place. The last text was from their manager Jorge who says “they did not very thing to make me happy” when they just asked me to send proof is beyond me. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE.
