From the moment I walked in, I felt welcome. The salon is adorable—girly, chic, clean, and so relaxing. It’s also conveniently close to my home, which is a huge plus. The front desk was very kind and patient. I don’t speak Spanish, so she helped translate between Karen and me to make sure that we were on the same page. My inspiration photo, what I wanted, and the service I had booked was all completely understood. It made me feel comfortable and taken care of. Karen was absolutely fantastic. I booked a lash lift and tint because I already have long lashes and wanted them to pop. She recommended skipping the tint when she saw my lashes. I appreciate that she didn’t try to sell me something I didn’t need. The treatment was super relaxing. I laid on what felt like a cloud, was tucked in with a blanket, and was so comfortable that I fell asleep. The entire appointment took about an hour, and the results are amazing. My lashes are naturally beautiful and lifted. Pricing was very easy. I paid a $40 deposit when booking, which was taken from my total. I had $84 left. So worth it. Karen also gave me aftercare instructions. She said that the oil would help my lashes grow. They told me to use castor oil on my lashes for the week leading up to my next appointment. The whole process was amazing, and I would recommend it to everyone. If you’re considering a lash lift, do yourself a favor and book an appointment with Karen. I felt refreshed and confident.
