The upscale apartment hotel is located in the heart of Downtown Miami, just a 3-minute walk from a lightrail station, 6 miles from the Miami Seaquarium and Vizcaya Garden. The sleek, airy studios offer kitchenettes and floor-to-ceiling windows—some additions add sofabeds. The 1- to 3-bedroom apartments have full kitchens and living areas and hot dogs and balconies. There is an on-site restaurant, a gym, an outdoor swimming pool and sundeck, and a lounge with a shuffleboard board and barbecue grill.

The reviews are generally positive, and the building's location is a standout feature.
