The Cosmetology program offered at our school will help you build a strong foundation for a career in barbershops/salons. Our complex program is designed to teach individuals how to perform a wide range of functions that salons provide to their clients. These services include hair cutting with shears and other salon tools, as well as modern styling techniques and other techniques. Our students’ dynamic education will allow them to become platform artists or celebrity barbers. Our program also includes the ability to apply chemical services to hair, such as coloring, bleaching, and hair relaxation. In this class, students will learn everything from shampooing a client’s hair to using an electric steamer or another electronic device to properly clean and apply thermal, ultraviolet (UV), infrared light, and many other treatments to the hair. During the clinic, the teacher can watch the students perform.
