OTC SERVICES MIAMI CLEANING

Feedback from our customers Review 1 We have been using OTC Cleaning Services for years. They also clean more than 40 vacation rentals for me. The quality of the cleaning has always been excellent and has consistently led to 5 star reviews for my company. Highly recommend. Review 2 If you own short-term rentals in Miami, stop reading this and hire OTC Cleaning Services. I’m not kidding. In an industry where a bad turnover can lose you a 5-star review, these guys have never once let me down, not one time. Spotless every time, on time every time, and when I’ve needed them last minute, they showed up like it was nothing. My guests always comment on how clean the unit is, and an enthusiastic review gets me bookings. Their quality matches the quality of the cleaning—sharp and proactive communication. I don’t have to chase them down or wonder if the job is done. After years of working together, OTC isn’t a vendor to me, they’re a core part of my business. Hands down the best in Miami. Give them a call. Review 3 Five-star review for OTC Cleaning service I’ve been using this housekeeping team for my Miami Luxury Bnb’s for over a month, and I could not be happier. They are incredibly conscientious, dependable, and take real pride in their work. Communication is quick and easy, and they are responsive, professional, and truly want to do the best job possible. What impresses me the most is their attention to detail and readiness to go the extra mile. They always look out for my best interests, address problems before I even notice them, and ensure that every detail is completed perfectly. It is such a relief to have a team that is not just dependable but truly invested in their customers’ success. I am for sure pleased with their service. Highly recommended to anyone looking for a friendly, hardworking, and efficient housekeeping. Thank you for your hard work and positive attitude.
