PRMG is a Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac direct lender, offering standard conventional products as well as Fannie Mae’s Homestyle Renovation, HomeReady by Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac’s Home Possible. Additionally, PRMG is a Ginnie Mae issuer and offers a variety of FHA, VA and USDA products. The FHA and VA loan programs provide loans to borrowers with credit scores as low as 550. Closed-end second liens are another option in PRMG’s product line. For renovation, not only do we offer Fannie Mae’s Homestyle Renovation program, we also offer the FHA 203K Limited and Standard renovation programs. HECMs, also known as reverse mortgages, are another product line in our diverse offering. With a team that specializes in jumbo and non-QM products, we offer loan amounts up to $5 million. Additionally, the non-QM product line includes bank statements for qualifying, expanded debt to income ratios, one year income documentation, interest only amortization, foreign nationals, non-warrantable condos and many other non-QM features. PRMG is continually adding to and refining our product line to ensure we have a loan for every eligible borrower.
