About this business

Mandarin Oriental Miami spa introduces a fresh way of experiencing traditional spa facilities. It features pioneering treatments that draw from old cultures such as Chinese, Ayurvedic, and European customs, Balinese, Thai, Balinese, Balinese, Balinese, Balinese, Balinese, etc. Silent Night, an evening of mindfulness and digital detox, will be offered by The Spa at Mandarin Oriental this year. This is the ninth year of this ritual, which requires The Spas at Mandarin Oriental to shut down all noises from 5 p.m. to enable mindfulness and digital technology withdrawal. The spas will also provide mindfulness-based treatments, in addition to the regular wellness treatments. We are glad to announce that the Mandarin Oriental's strategic collaboration with Oberoi Hotels and Resorts (O&MO) will enable Silent Night to be available in all of the Oberoi hotels.

Most spa clients are very satisfied with their time there. A lot of consumers state that they appreciated the massages, professionalism of staff, and a relaxing atmosphere. Couples massages were very common, as was the appreciation of the pools, steam rooms and saunas. Many spa goers noted that the staff were attentive and empathetic, with a clear customer focus. There were numerous compliments for individual staff, especially Anna. Massages were by far the most well-liked services, with a body wrap also being a favorite. Clients didn't always like that being late for an appointment would detract from the full treatment or that it would be cut short. However, this did not happen often. The suggestion rate for the spa is very high.
