Anthony M. Lopez, J.D. – Chief Executive Officer Anthony M. Lopez is Your Insurance Attorney’s CEO. Mr. Lopez’s practice is primarily focused on first-party insurance litigation. He also serves as the firm’s property insurance department chair. Mr. Lopez has legal experience in various types of commercial litigation, such as FACTA class actions, complex real estate matters, insurance liability, and some construction cases. His first-party insurance practice includes several homeowner insurance disputes and multi-million dollar commercial property claims. Mr. Lopez also represents clients dealing with the Department of Financial Services and has handled many arbitrations and mediations in front of various governmental agencies. Additionally, his background includes many appellate arguments where he’s represented his clients before all of Florida’s District Courts of Appeal and the United States Eleventh Circuit Court of Appeals. Anthony is an active member of the Windstorm Network, the Board of Directors for the Monica Burguera Foundation.
