Agree with all the one's. Wish there was a zero. Terrible bait and switch. Charged me 10X the estimate to be paid in full before offload. READ THE FINE PRINT!!! My guy was Max not Frank. Talked with Max when they were 6 hours late. Then lo and behold when I asked for Max to explain these charges, he was fired!!! Agree they should be shut down. Nothing but scammers. Definitely not a legitimate business. I will say the guys who moved me were pleasant and efficient although I snapped on them during the payment fiasco
