The agents here are awesome and always go above and beyond for me and my family. They are nice and very helpful, I would recommend them to everyone! Thank you guys, for what you do:) I did not renew my policy because I sold my vehicle and they sent it to colección. They are not profesionales, I do not recommend them Horrible experience with these people, they are not professionals, they send you a threatening letter when you do not want to renew your policy. If you want to waste your time and money go to this office. They don't know how to do their job. I don't recommend them Ms. Lucy was the best ever, she found a way to lower my insurance, she found a way to get the cheapest one for me, 10/10 recommend going here. Great place, great energy :) I've been doing business with greatflorida insurance for several years now, there really great company. Especially Erica , the agent works there very much helpful with any concerns or needs with your insurance she is the best with a great personality. I would recommend anyone there it's a great place.
