Customer Feedback: Great mechanic! Highly recommend to everyone! I have been a customer of this shop for many years and have always received outstanding service. Jason communicates clearly throughout the repair process, providing thorough explanations and timely updates. I have recommended him to many friends and family, all of whom have been very satisfied with their experience. Thank you! Straight forward. Punctual. Professional. He changed out my alternator and got me back on the road in a few hours. I appreciate his team too, they took care of my car like it was their's. Might be a good shop, I’ll never know since I haven’t been able to reach anyone here. Don’t go here for any vehicle repair unless you want to come back in a few months for the same issue and be charged all over again. I will NEVER step foot in this shady shop again. I’m really glad my brother referred me to Jason. From the moment I met him, I could tell he was a genuine and honest person. He took the time to listen, explain everything clearly, and was completely transparent about what was going on with our family van. To be honest, I haven’t had the best experiences with local mechanics in the past—there’s always been a bit of hesitation or uncertainty on my end. But with Jason, that all changed. He didn’t just fix the issue—he gave me peace of mind. He walked me through what needed to be done, didn’t try to upsell or pressure me into unnecessary repairs, and most importantly, he got our van back on the road when we really needed it. Jason and his team truly came through for us, and because of that, I won’t be taking my car anywhere else. He’s earned my trust, and I’ll be going to him for all my car needs moving forward. Owner Jason had a non running, no title truck he was selling that we were in talks about. I had asked for additional photos and info as the shop is a good ways from me. After making all of the necessary arrangements to pick the truck up, getting a truck, renting a trailer.. I send a message and he finally responds with sorry sold. I can't imagine how the business is ran any better with someone who would have a deal with someone, have them jump through hoops to get it arranged only to sell from under. Perhaps I'm in the wrong, but this seems like a crappy way to do business. Thanks again for the giant waste of my time, money and people I had to reach out to, only to have the deal fall through. We received a quick diagnosis, and they helped us track down the part we needed, had it delivered to us, and installed it all within a couple hours. They brought ice cold waters to my family as we waited. Hands down the best experience I’ve ever had with an auto shop. I wish they were local to us, so we could do all our auto business with them! Called and made an appointment. When i got there at the appointed time no one was there. Called repeatedly to find out what was going on and reschedule but no one picks up and cannot leave message. Jason is a stand up guy with integrity and is so friendly and helpful. After we ran into some engine troubles while visiting, he was able to see us right away to start checking out the problem. He was able to give us advice and make sure the problem was solved. He took care of us right. I came to here because I called a so-called mechanic to my house and he stripped my bolts. I was treated with respect and helped with my problem in a matter of minutes. Great place, and atmosphere. I will be back and let you know they are very helpful and knowledgeable. I was recommended to come in to see Jason for my Wrangler 2021 4xe. I just bought it second hand and I wanted a neutral professional to look at it. The team at J&J did that, and more. They have the latest diagnostics and they put it up and gave every inch of it a going over. Jason then walked me around it while it was in the lift and showed me every little detail. Could not feel better about the experience. It felt very family. Very friendly. Plus, nice diverse customer base in while my work was done. And everyone was treated with respect. Also, price and scheduling were great too.
