Customer Feedback Overview I had the pleasure of visiting Ageless and can say my experience was beyond any expectation. Dr. Ryan was AMAZING! I got a fill in another place and I needed to get removed, and he was able to do it safe and sound. Rowe was extremely sweet to me during the entire procedure as well. While I was under Pro-Nox and unable to evaluate the process adequately , additional product was narrowly injected without my active consent or contemplation. I was also told that I would notice a visible change after the treatment. Following the procedure, I questioned the effectiveness of the process because there was no substantial improvement. This treatment cost me $9,400, but I didn't witness any noticeable change as anticipated. It greatly alarmed me when a staff member assisting the treatment openly mentioned she might be "aesthetician as I am not a nurse." This was surprising considering the involvement level in the procedure. And also, she used her phone at one point while I was undressed in part, and I had to ask her directly to stop because I felt uncomfortable with that. Another moment that significantly perturbed me was when the doctor showed me and my friend photos of other patients on his phone during my appointment. As far as I recall, some of those images seemed intrusive, and I don't remember anyone asking us whether we wanted to see them. Moreover, I later noted that my photo was on the clinic's patient iPad, although I don't recall giving permission or being asked to have it taken. The clinic may provide technical explanations of why some of these events occurred, but from my perspective as a patient, May 9,400 spent. But this experience not only left me completely devastated but questioning the authenticity and the promised result of the treatment. I feel professionalism, clarity of consent, and personal space should have been taken more seriously. I hope this review can help the clinic and current and potential patients..recognizes that it is essential to uphold professionalism, clarity of consent, and personal space regardless of the possible technical clarifications from the clinic. This review reflects only what I personally experienced and felt. I sincerely hope steps are taken to prevent other patients from going through a similar experience. Very clean environment.
