Terrible experience — unresponsive, unprofessional, and constantly trying to shift blame onto tenants. Maintenance issues were ignored or mishandled, and they found every excuse to charge unnecessary fees. Save yourself the headache and look elsewhere.

In english Y ESPAÑOL (abajo).The WORST property management ever! The rental contract is one sided and even on the contract they would NOT respect it. The property was RUN DOWN. And with roaches. Filthy beyond. They would never reimburse any expense. We paid 3 times for broken AC. Paid for: Broken fridge. Broken garbage disposal. Broken washer.Changed all the light bulbs. Cleaned filthy oven. Kitchen. Washer machine and bathrooms.Trimmed the trees about to break the windows. And so on. Just to talk about the service: the AC broke down the first time in the middle of the summer on a Friday noon (temp around 100 degrees). We sent a message, an email and a sevice request through their app (there is no phone number available). Friday evening we decided to call an AC company and fix it. We sent the invoice.We received an answer from them on Tuesday.: that was our problem and they would not reimburse any money because we needed their prior approval!. It was always like that with everything that broke down. And at the end of the contrat they deducted from the deposit "cleaning of the front patio", everything was clean and working ! They just wanted to take our money one more time!!! Yo no he visto nada Como esto! La peor compañia!. El servicio es pesimo. La propiedad en muy mal estado, sucia, todo dañado y con cucarachas. No reembolsan nada porque NO respetan El contrato, sin mencionar q El contrato es solo a favor del propietario. Tuvimos q arreglar El Aire acondicionado 3 veces, El freezer, limpiar a Fondo la cocina llena de grass, El horno, la lavadora, Los baños. Y luego al salir nos descontaron mas de $200 por "limpieza del porche" . La casa la devolvimos limpia y arreglada!. Tuvimos que pagar todo Como si fueramos los dueños. Si ustedes quieren vivir en agonia..renten con ellos.

If I could leave 0 stars I would. DONT EVEN BOTHER to rent with this unprofessional company. They will find any way to try and take your money and NEVER tend to your unit if needed. I have a mold infestation, roach infestation, damages to the apartment prior to moving in and they are trying to blame the damages on me so I can pay for it! They’ve blocked my phone number from contacting them about the issues & they’ve tried to increase rent multiple times! Absolutely outrageous! They never meet with you in person or even clean the units before moving in! I wouldn’t recommend to anyone. I’d seriously rather stay in a shelter. This place was horrible. And the management was even worse!
