Dr. Thai La began his dental education at LSU School of Dentistry in 1992. Since 2001, he has received numerous accolades, including top honors from LSU School of Dentistry. Dr. La was a magna cum laude graduate from Xavier University in New Orleans. Dr. La has been licensed to practice dentistry in Florida and Louisiana for more than 15 years. Dr. La arrived in the United States as a refugee from Vietnam in 1981. His family lived in New Orleans from 1981 to 2005. Dr. La opened a dental practice in New Orleans after he graduated.
