After working here a little over a month, and after a number of discrepancies in regards to pay that was being " looked into " and " will be taken care of " and was never addressed, I was sent an email indicating that agents will not be paid as a result of us not being able to meet volume expectations. So not only were we advised that we basically worked for free - to add insult to injury, the blame was placed on the agents; see email below: Agents, As you can see the commission payout was not complete. Compass Health Agency had in place a partner who was funding our agency to allow for commission payments to Agents/Managers one pay period after they were written. However, this relationship has been strained due to Compass not meeting the volume expectations. That being said, this program has been terminated. Therefore, we have paid you what we have in reserves for this pay period. We will cease new enrollments effective immediately. You will be paid ALL commissions owed (less any cancellations), however they will be paid as we receive payment from our Upline. Compass is paid at the end of the month, each month. We will in turn pay you on the 2nd business day of the subsequent month. Policies written 12/16/22 - 12/30/22 effective date of 2/1/23 pay 3/31/23 > WE WILL PAY 4/3/23 if balance remaining from 1/16/23 payroll Policies written 1/1/23/22 - 1/15/23 effective date of 2/1/23 pay 3/31/23 > WE WILL PAY 4/3/23 I understand this comes as a huge inconvenience and burden. I am actively seeking a personal loan to remedy this sooner and GOD willing we will have some additional funds sooner and clear the commissions ASAP. In the meantime, Julia and Malcolm will work with accounting to ensure all reps are paid once funds are received and processed out. In 15 years of business, we have never not paid anyone what they were owed. Unfortunately, it will just be longer than anticipated.  My apologies. Any releases needed will be processed.  Sincerely, Art R. - Managing Partner  This email was sent 3 months ago. I haven't received ANY correspondence from the company, nor have they payed monies owed, but continue to post job openings and hire new agents. Do not work here unless you're volunteering to work for free. The company is extremely unorganized and unprofessional. They tell you anything you want to hear and sugar coat things to keep you on the phones selling - even while knowing they cannot pay their employees. Turnover is ridiculous and I am unsure how they continue to stay in business, however I doubt they'll be in business in the near future.
