Crealde School of Art

Crealde School of Art is a non-profit community arts organization located in Winter Park, Florida. Since 1975, Crealde has been providing hands-on, community-based arts experiences for people in Central Florida. Crealde, in collaboration with Winter Park, opened the Hannibal Square Heritage Center in 2007 to expand our mission to make arts accessible to all. Crealde offers more than 125 visual arts classes and another humanity-oriented program at its two Winter Park locations. Classes are also given at the Jessie Brock Community Centre. We want to inspire creativity in all through hands-on instruction in the visual arts and education. We also hope to encourage the understanding and appreciation of the art of aesthetics in everyday life. Our mission also offers extensive studio art instruction, interaction with artists, galleries, and lectures, and stimulating art-related activities that promote exploration and specialization. This mission also includes an outreach program for seniors and at-risk racial youth.

Many of the reviews of this campus found it beautiful and varied, and the art class reviews were equally positive. A first-timer in the welding workshop and school summer camps both noted how awesome, great, or wonderful the experience was. One reviewer noted the clean and cozy feel of the campus, and another described the experience as fantastic and leading them to join the community. Variety of classes like painting, photography, ceramics, and the bronze casting had knowledgeable and supportive instructors. Campus community and diversity drew many to visit and stay. These campus structures and programs offer a great opportunity for kids in summer and adults taking part-time classes. The art school has a welcoming environment and awesome teachers for anyone at any experience level in art. Ongoing art exhibitions have inspired the community and the students' masterpieces. This institution has a welcoming atmosphere where people can walk in and learn or take courses.
