He measured and inspected our old A/C unit and gave us a full overview in order to replace the old, failing system the same day we attempted to book a consultation. He used a tape measure and camera and took pictures and measured all aspects of the system. He recommended various solutions, thoroughly explaining the costs and benefits and answering all of our questions. The following morning, we had a team at our house. By that night, our brand new system was in working order. Since that time, JT has responded promptly to my calls, texts, and emails, answering any remaining questions. (1 software, 3 reviews) This company installed our HVAC system in our new construction home, and it has not been a good experience. One room in the house is almost 5 degrees hotter than the rest. When I asked them to look at the room, the technician measured only at the vent and told me that the temperature was within specifications and also suggested not running a ceiling fan in that room with the door closed because it would make it hotter, which I’ve never heard before. At the end of the visit, I was asked to leave a 5-star review and take a picture with the crew in front of their truck for an internal contest. This request was made before the temperature issue was resolved, which it has not been yet. I would prefer a balanced house over a photo op. Two stars. Austin K.
