Customer feedback summary: 1. Terrible Experience
My time at Modern White Smile was overshadowed by the customer service. I was asked to come 15 minutes late to my appointment, then to change back to the original time. I was flexible about it. When I showed up for my scheduled time with my service dog, I was immediately told, “we need to reschedule,” without any explanation. When I asked why, I was told she is afraid of dogs. When I explained that the dog is a service animal and is legally protected, she told me that she is afraid right away. It felt like she was trying to justify her decision by saying other clients might not feel comfortable. While I understand personal fears, I believe it should have been communicated in advance or clearly stated in the listing. However, turning someone away upon arrival under these circumstances is unprofessional and a complete waste of time.2. 5 Stars

They want you to call to schedule if you have a Groupon yet never answer and their mailbox is always full, they only respond via text by chance and their operable hours are not conducive to working individuals, poor availability and difficult to schedule… who wants to spend money...
