Perform Orlando Arts Academy

Laurel has always been committed to the ballet and arts. In 2018, she became part of the teaching staff at The Perform Orlando Arts Academy. She began dancing at the Rochester School of Dance in Michigan and then attended summer programs in London with The Royal Ballet, New York City Ballet, and Cleveland San Jose Ballet. When she was 16, she moved to New York City to study at the School of American Ballet. Cleveland San Jose Ballet employed her at 17, where she was soon dancing principal and soloist roles. She has appeared in many productions, including The Nutcracker and Swan Lake. Laurel enjoys teaching ballet to her community once she retired to raise her family. She is devoted to assisting children in realizing their goals. She has a knack for delivering hands-on, enthusiastic instruction that leaves her students enthralled and eager to keep learning.
