Promag Energy Group responded to my urgent call on a Sunday. Technician located issue and proceeded to order replacement part the next day. Repair was completed as soon as item was received. Office staff, Christy, was terrific, professional and extremely helpful. Thanks to Promag.
Our heat wouldn't come on with our new system that was installed 10 months ago. They came out and got it running. They charged us $95 even though it is under warranty. If we didn't pay they would not honor our warranty in the future. I told JD in the office it wasn't fair because the unit was not installed properly and took 2 additional trips to get it running.
