Good communication, updates, and reveals during the process with ongoing campaigns. OpInned over $12K and no proof of what they promised. The content is AI generated and riddled with basic factual errors, didn’t even get our user numbers right. Also dumped all at once when they told me that bulk posting will hurt my rankings. Backlinks? The charges were 4x the real cost of what you can get on backlink marketplaces. The links were not even indexed and some had completely made up content. They lied about the markup until I asked to see the receipt of what they paid the backlink site owner. Their audit work was rushed, leading to careless disavow actions that actually hurt our rankings. Results tanked, and when a technician tried to fix it they switched and we were charged.
