Reliable Sonya Flex Academy: Sonya Petrova from Bulgaria is a passionate athlete participating in all Competitive Rhythmic Gymnastics' stages in addition to the Performing Arts. A proud member of the Bulgarian National Team on both an individual and group level. Some individual achievements while on the Bulgarian National Team include becoming a European Championship silver medalist, World Championship bronze medalist, and a Southeast European Championship three-time gold medalist. During group performances, we won the Rhythmic Gymnastics World Championships in 2018 and a bronze medal at the European Championships in 2020. The only preschool classes in Orlando to teach basic gymnastics and rhythmic gymnastics. Our goal is to improve fine motor skills, gross motor skills, and strength. We also focus on flexibility, creativity, and the ability to follow instructions through fun. Students will learn how to use rhythmic gymnastics equipment, such as ball, ribbon, hoop, and rope. They will also learn basic gymnastics and acrobatics (handstand, forward rolling, and cartwheel). It is a fun and engaging one-hour session. The Sonya Flex Academy, which is associated with the US Olympic Team and administered by a Bulgarian family, is the best rhythmic gymnastics school. The training involves no more than 10 students per class, and the coaches are always supportive and available. Sonya has experience and dedication, resulting in massive performances by her students. The sport is fantastic, as demonstrated by my daughter's love and progress in it. The training environment is tough but helpful, while the team members are close-knit, and everyone including the Olympians is warm and caring. The school has a store that offers more variety than Michael's, and I would highly recommend it to anyone interested in rhythmic gymnastics.
