Sent over my cancellation fee OVER a month ago due to the poor treatment we were given and careless mistakes.
Today I was charged AGAIN, over a month after my cancellation.
I don’t want a call about “using the money on services” I want a refund. I followed the protocols provided and returned my signed cancellation fee over a month ago. My last time there was at the end of a July and they have already charged me August and September.
